It sounds cliché, but I love two things: real estate and Indiana’s Miami County (plus the surrounding areas). I’ve been involved in real estate here since 2008, but I’ve been a resident of North Central Indiana for longer than that. I take pride in both my real estate acumen and knowing the ins and outs of the communities I serve.

In fact, my office is a community icon of sorts, and I love that. When the Dunn Auto Shop building, 106. N Broadway St., in Peru went up for sale, I knew it would make a perfect real estate office. (Plus, I had just achieved my goal of $10 million in sales and wanted to venture out on my own.)  With the help of some of those longtime friends I was talking about, I renovated it and truly transformed this place into a home away from home.
